US Trademark Legal Services
Our services include preliminary as well as comprehensive searches. A preliminary search is otherwise known as a knock out search which provides a cursory review of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the web.
A comprehensive search involves a more detailed search of the USPTO, web, common law, domains, business and geographic search and all search results are transmitted to the client along with an opinion brief.
Continued prosecution and registration of the marks including affidavits indicating use and renewals are billed at our hourly rates.
We also offer our clients the ability to manage their trademark portfolio through asset evaluation, counterfeit and fraud prevention and customized asset audits. Please contact us directly to discuss these matters in detail.
