How is it Free?
We are able to make the detection reporting service free because when You Win-We Win. What this means is that whenever you authorize us to commence an infringement action on your behalf, we work diligently to not only close out the unauthorized use but also to seek monetary damages.
When we recover damages, sixty percent (60%) of the funds recovered, after attorney's fees and costs of collection, goes directly to your client or into a fund or charity designated by the client.
